Q-Is my donation tax-deductible?
A - Yes. The Coffeyville Regional Medical Center Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and as such, your contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
Q-May I direct my gift to a specific department or program in the hospital?
A - Yes. You may direct your gift to any of the areas listed in the drop-down medical service menu on the hospital homepage. Please provide the area you wish to donate to in the comment box of the online donation form. If the area you wish to support is not included in that list, please call us at (620)252-1674 for additional information.
Q-Have you received my donation?
A - You may call the Foundation office to see if your donation has been received. It is our policy, once a donation has been received, to send a notification letter to you for your tax records within 5-7 business days.
Q-How do I donate a non monetary item?
A - If you would like to receive credit for the donation, please bring the item to the Foundation office along with a receipt of purchase or a quote on the fair market value of the item. If you cannot bring it to the office, please contact us at (620)252-1674 to make other arrangements.
Q-How do I set up a pledge for the capital campaign?
A - To set up a pledge for the Cancer-Invest in the Fight Campaign, please contact the Foundation office at (620)252-1674 and we will help you fill out a pledge card.
